THE Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Friday that it was monitoring two weather disturbances -- the trough of a low pressure area (LPA) east of Mindanao and the northeast monsoon affecting parts of Northern Luzon and Visayas.
