TWO tropical storms continue to enhance the southwest monsoon, bringing rains over the Philippines, the state-run weather bureau said on Sunday.
In its 4 p.m. advisory, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Tropical Storm "Karding" (International Name: Yagi), which has left the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), and "Leepi," which is still outside PAR, would induce rains that would affect Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Calabarzon, and Mindoro Provinces. Calabarzon is Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Quezon.
