A TOTAL of 143 persons have been arrested in Mindanao since January 1, 2018 for alleged "rebellion and other crimes," according to military chief Benjamin Madrigal Jr.
Speaking on Monday at the joint session of Congress deliberating on the government’s request to extend martial law in Mindanao until 2019, Madrigal said all those arrested have been charged in court.
