THE state-run weather bureau on Thursday morning issued a yellow rainfall warning over Bataan, Batangas, Cavite because of continued monsoon rains.
Yellow rainfall warning means flooding is possible in low-lying areas, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
