SEN. Miriam Defensor-Santiago accused Ruby Tuason of “covering up” for Sen. Juan Ponce Enrile so that only his former chief of staff, Gigi Reyes, would be pinned down for taking pork barrel commissions.
Santiago still believes Enrile can be charged since Tuason’s admission that the senator would sit down with them is enough proof of a conspiracy and proves Enrile’s guilt “to a moral certainty.”
