MALACANANG on Wednesday said the Philippine government welcomed the "landmark" summit between United States (US) President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, saying it "augers well" for peace and stability in region.
In a statement, Palace spokesman Harry Roque said the Philippines was "ready to lend its support" to attain the goals of the historic dialogue.
