Instead of marching to the Batasang Pambansa Complex, thousands of protesters from various civil society groups will converge along Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City on Monday hours before President Rodrigo Duterte delivers his third State of the Nation Address (SONA).
At 12 noon, the Bagong Alyansang Makabayan (Bayan) will march from the University of the Philippines to the rally venue – in front of Convergy’s along Commonwealth Avenue.
