Alaminos, Laguna: The primary suspect in the killing of three family members during a robbery incident in Barangay San Benito this town on April 18, surrendered to the police Thursday night. Alaminos chief of police, Senior Insp. Reynaldo Vitto identified the suspect as Arnold Manalo. Although denying participation in the crime, Manalo was positively identified by one of the survivors Johna Timbad. Police are tracking down the second suspect. Fernando Pampolina, his brother Jasper and sister Judith were shot and killed when they resisted the masked suspects who ransacked their house before midnight on Monday. Their mother Dina, remains at the Intensive care unit of Philippine General Hospital. The other sister, Gennete, suffered a fractured right foot when she jumped from the their house’s second floor.ROSELLE AQUINO
