SENATE President Vicente “Tito” Sotto 3rd on Friday revealed that he had asked ABS-CBN broadcaster Ted Failon to run for the Senate in 2019 under the Nationalist People’s Coalition (NPC).
Sotto made the announcement during an interview with the ABS-CBN News Channel (ANC).
