Power, telco services almost back to normal

ELECTRICITY in most provinces hit by Typhoon “Ompong” has been restored but some areas still have limited power supply.

Power supply was back to normal in the provinces of Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino, Aurora, Bataan, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Tarlac, Zambales, Abra, Kalinga, Ifugao, and Mt. Province, the National Grid Corp. of the Philippines said in an advisory on Monday.
