SEN. Aquilino "Koko" Pimentel on Tuesday expressed hope that President Rodrigo Duterte would help framers of the draft federal charter explain federalism before members of the Senate majority bloc.
The senator’s father, former Senate president Aquilino "Nene" Pimentel, said Duterte would soon talk to his allies in the upper house to seek their support for federalism.
