THE Philippines may have up to 13 tropical cyclones spread from June to November 2018, the state-run weather bureau said on Monday.
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), in it launch of the Typhoon and Flood Awareness Week, advised the public to prepare for the coming storms.
