THE Philippines and South Korea will be signing at least for bilateral agreements during President Rodrigo Duterte’s visit to Seoul on Sunday, Foreign Affairs (DFA) Undersecretary Ernesto Abella said on Friday.
Duterte will visit Seoul on Sunday, June 3, until Tuesday, June 5.
