The Philippine Navy will assist the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) in planning and mounting a mission to rescue three Filipinos kidnapped in Libya.
Commander Jonathan Zata, spokesman of the Philippine Navy, said liaison officer Captain Donn Miraflor has been instructed to coordinate with Boy Melicor, the Charge d’Affaires in Tripoli, Libya.
