PHILIPPINE National Police (PNP) Chief Oscar Albayalde challenged foreigners to visit the Philippines and see for themselves the real situation of peace and order in the country.
"We want these people to go to our country and see for themselves on what really is the real situation of peace and order in our country because they can't see it if they are just in other countries," Albayalde said in Filipino in a press conference on Thursday, responding to the 2018 Global Peace Index report that the Philippines was the second least peaceful country in the Asia-Pacific Region after North Korea.
