The number of Filipinos who became victims of crimes dropped during the first quarter of 2018, a recent Social Weather Stations (SWS) survey revealed.
The poll, conducted from March 23 to 27. showed that 6.6 percent or an estimated 1.5 million families were victims of common crimes.
