NEWLY appointed Highway Patrol Group Chief Roberto Fajardo vowed to bring down the incidence of car theft and help in finding a solution to the traffic problems in Metro Manila.
In an ambush interview after the HPG’s turnover ceremony at Camp Crame in Quezon City on Monday, Fajardo said these were his marching orders from Philippine National Police (PNP) Director General Oscar Albayalde.
