Bad luck falls on junior netter
Alcantara at Wimbledon singles

Filipino Francis Casey Alcantara got booted out
of contention in the singles play of the prestigious 2009 Wimbledon
Junior Championships on Saturday at the All England Lawn Tennis
Club.
The 17-year-old Alcantara soaked up a 2-6, 6-4,
3-6 defeat to Maximilian Neuchrist of Austria in their first-round
encounter. Alcantara committed 22 unforced errors including a
depressing seven double faults. He had 22 winners on top of four
aces.
