Extreme sports slated

EXTREME sports enthusiasts from different colleges and universities all over Metro Manila will see action in the Extreme Rampage on December 15.

Cable Box Office Shows and Systems, the local marketing arm of ESPN Star Sports, said the sprawling grounds of The Fort in Taguig (right behind NBC Tent) will be the venue of skateboarding, BMX exhibitions and speed climbing.

Among the participating schools are University of the Philippines, Ateneo de Manila, University of the East and University of Santo Tomas.

The event, which will also feature the country’s hottest rock bands, is presented by Red Horse Beer, Suzuki Philippines Inc., official drink Extra Joss in cooperation with Hapee Toothpaste, Metrobank and ESPN—its official TV partner. Media partners are BusinessMirror, Daily Tribune, Philippine Graphic, Journal Group, Kampus Life, Jam 88.3 and 103.5 Maxville. Interested parties may contact tel. nos. 5311886 and 5357467.
