Most Filipinos are “neutral” on the passage of the proposed Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL) in Congress, the latest Social Weather Stations (SWS) survey showed.

The poll, conducted from June 27 to 30 among 1,200 adults nationwide, revealed that 40 percent of the respondents were undecided on the measure that seeks to create a new Bangsamoro political entity in Mindanao.
