Megaworld Corp., through its wholly owned subsidiary Suntrust Properties Inc., has recently launched its second condo tower in its Davao development amid the “almost sold out” first tower in the area. “We are very happy with the overwhelming reception of Davaoeños to our first residential project in Davao Park District. Our experience is far beyond what we have expected,” said Harrison Paltongan, Suntrust Properties president. Megaworld has recently launched its second tower as the first tower -- One Lakeshore Drive -- is already nearly sold out, with the company expecting a total of P2 billion revenues in the table. One Lakeshore Drive is a four tower condo tower situated at the corner of Megaworld Avenue and Lakeshore Drive, which allow residents to get a full view of lakes and spectacular landscape surrounding the area such as the views of Samal Island, Mt. Apo, and Davao Gulf.
