TROPICAL depression “Josie” has left Philippine territory on Monday morning, but an approaching low pressure area may intensify into a tropical depression to be known locally as “Karding”, the state-run weather bureau said.
As of 8 a.m., Josie was 585 kilometers (km) north-northeast of Basco, Batanes, maintaining winds of 55 kilometers per hour (kph) and gusts of 65 kph as it moved north at 20 kph.
