Breathe fire into Chinese New Year festivities at Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria on January 23 as the hotel’s signature Chinese restaurant Xin Tian Di comes alive in resplendent red hues to herald the coming of the Year of the Dragon. This mythical creature of the Chinese zodiac is believed to be the ultimate auspicious symbol signifying success and happiness.
To pay homage to its divine qualities, Chinese Executive Chef Sam Lee will be introducing Hong Kong’s famed lucky specialty, the Braised Mini Whole Abalone with Dried Scallop in Melon Ring.

On January 22 to 23, the Manila Hotel Lobby Lounge will be opening its doors for a Grand Chinese New Year Bazaar featuring different stores selling lucky charms, house decorations, and delectable Chinese delicacies.
The countdown to Chinese New Year will begin at 9:30 p.m. on January 22 with the dotting of the Dragon Eye.
