ZAMBOANGA CITY: An improvised explosive device (IED) went off Friday in General Santos City in the southern Philippines, but police authorities said there were no casualties in the blast.
The explosion occurred at a plaza and destroyed at least three motorcycles parked in the area. No individual or group has claimed responsibility for the blast, but police were investigating this.
