TROPICAL depression “Henry” maintained its strength and is expected to make landfall in the northern part of Cagayan on Monday night, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
“Henry is expected to pass in the vicinity of Babuyan Islands and make landfall in Northern Cagayan this evening,” weather specialist Nikos Penaranda said in a press briefing.
