A Hong Kong national allegedly responsible in a hit-and-run involving a college student in Manila was arrested at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) as his flight was among those that was delayed.
Nabbed by elements of the Manila Police District (MPD) and the Bureau of Immigration (BI) at the boarding gate of NAIA Terminal 2 was Victor Wai Ki Kung, 60.
