President Rodrigo Duterte will not be boasting about his administration’s achievements during his third State of the Nation Address (SONA) on Monday, but would instead speak as the “nation’s father,” according to Malacañang.

In a television interview, Presidential Communications Assistant Secretary Ana Marie Banaag hinted that Duterte’s speech may last longer, as he would highlight his true message to the people.
