Malacañang on Friday disputed a claim of human rights group Amnesty International Philippines that President Rodrigo Duterte has made the Philippines a “far more dangerous place by abandoning human rights values.”
In a statement, Palace spokesman Harry Roque Jr. said the government, under Duterte, does not condone extrajudicial killings in the name of the President’s war on drugs.
