Tropical Depression "Domeng" triggered flash floods in some areas in Luzon, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) said.
As of 8. a.m. Saturday, flash floods, a collapsed riprap, an overflowing spillway, and a plane mishap were reported in the regions of Caraga, Mimaropa, and Calabarzon.
