“DOMENG” (international name: Maliksi) has intensified into a typhoon but was now outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), the state-run weather bureau said on Sunday.
According to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), Domeng was 1,045 kilometers (km) east-northeast of Basco, Batanes at 9 a.m.
