In a recent interview over DZRH, Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) Chairman/Administrator Wilma T. Eisma blamed her detractors for her legal woes as she faced a graft case.

On air, Eisma put the onus specifically on The Manila Times College of Subic (TMTCS) for the graft charges filed against her by lawyer Raymund Palad before the Ombudsman. She accused the school of owing SBMA several millions of pesos and that she had to close it.
