Ceres La Salle FC head coach Ali Go complained of “bad officiating” after their United Football League (UFL) win against Loyola Meralco Sparks FC on Sunday. Go expressed his dismay despite a compelling 5-2 win against the title contender that propelled them to the top spot of the tournament. “Definitely we want to write the PFF about the referee. He’s been officiating us for four games already and it’s all the same. He really calls against Ceres.” In spite of the officiating problems that the Bacolod-based club encountered during their last outing, they managed to protect their grip as the only undefeated team in the UFL. Consequently, according to the PFF, no formal complaint from the concerned club has been received by their office as of press time.
