A BLOGGER who was sued for libel for calling seven senators Malacanang “lapdogs” for not signing a resolution condemning drug-related killings involving minors was indicted before a local prosecutor’s office.
Edward Angelo “Cocoy” Dayao, believed to be behind "SilentNoMorePH" on Facebook, identified the senators as Vicente Sotto 3rd, before he was Senate President; Aquilino “Koko” Pimentel 3rd, Richard Gordon, Manny Pacquiao, Gregorio Honasan 2nd, Juan Miguel Zubiri, and Cynthia Villar as refusing to sign Resolution 516 denouncing the killings of alleged drug dealers.
