THE City of Antipolo celebrates its 20th anniversary this Wednesday as a component city of the Province of Rizal and Malacañang declared April 4 as special non-working holiday in the city through Proclamation No. 447. There will be a drum and lyre competition and a grand float parade that will start from Sumulong Park to Ynares Center will highlight the celebration in the afternoon; a firework display will follow.
