Intelligent, good looking and packed with strong leadership qualities, Julliano Fernando Ariño Guiang could have easily landed a job in any of the Philippines’ major television networks. Nevertheless, this University of the Philippines Public Administration graduate chose to sign up with the government station when he joined the workforce, determined to fulfil his pledge of going into public service.

A former chairman of the University of the Philippines (UP) National College of Public Administration and Governance (NCPAG) Student Government and vice chairman of the UP Student Council, Guiang opted to join the government station instead.
