MANILA, Philippines: FIRE broke out from a vessel off Castilla in Sorsogon shortly before noon on Thursday.
An initial report issued by the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) said MV Ken caught fire off Castilla Anchorage Area in Barangay Poblacion, Castilla, Sorsogon at around 11 a.m.
