CITY OF MALOLOS: The Bulacan Provincial Library (BPL) was recently recognized as one of the top performing libraries with the highest number of clients served for provincial level by the National Library of the Philippines' (NLP) Top Performing Public Libraries for 2021.
Managed by the History and Heritage Division of the Provincial History, Arts, Culture and Tourism Office, the BPL has served a total of 375,628 users.
